Little Pixie Productions is presenting two diverse shows at this year's Buxton Fringe Festival, from July 8 to 26.
What Became Of The Red Shoes? is a new family show for all ages over three at Buxton Methodist Church Hall from July 17 to 19, from 2.30pm and Operatastic! The Accessible Guide to Opera, in conjunction with Relative Pitch Opera, is for those aged eig
ht and over and is being performed Buxton Methodist Church from July 23 to 24 at 7.30pm and July 25 at 2.30pm.

What Became Of The Red Shoes? follows the adventures of a curious child as she explores Granny's attic and embarks on a 45-minute magical journey told through original music, movement and more, performed by professional actor Rebecca Little.

Operatastic! is an informal but informative trip through music, for opera virgins or aficionados alike.

It features Terence Robertson, the tenor recently seen in the title role of Otello for Welsh National Opera, plus soprano Helena Leonard, who has appeared on Britain's Got Talent

Co-artistic director Victoria Sklar said: "We are very excited about both shows, but especially Operatastic! which will give the public the chance to see Helena for the first time since BGT, where viewers will remember Piers Morgan saying she was a world class opera singer."

To book tickets, call the Buxton Opera House Box Office on 0845 127 2190.
