Ex-Bennerley girls’ reunion hopes

Rachel, who was aged about 11 at the time, is with friends Mandy Doyle, top left, Barbara Pollard and sister Eileen.
“We were moving up to Benno in September of that year,” said Rachel.
“All four of us were very good friends. I can remember Mandy winning a race and receiving a bar of chocolate for first prize.”
Although she is still in touch with Eileen and Mandy, Rachel said she would love to hear from Barbara and get together for a reunion.
