Them bones!

Memory Lane Russell O'Keefe with a prehistoric bone

We have a young man showing off a prehistoric dinosaur bone in this picture from our archives.

The youngster in question is Russell O’Keefe and judging by the background we think Russell may have unearthed the bone in his back garden.

If you know Russell and can tell us more about the find, we’d love to hear from you.

We are wondering where the bone ended up – perhaps in some museum? And it would be nice to find out what young Russell ended up doing.
