Youth forum does great job
Sir,
Last week I was invited to address a meeting of the Erewash Youth forum at Wilsthorpe Community School. The forum is made up of students from secondary schools across Erewash.
After being made very welcome by the forum and having an interesting and lengthy discussion about my role as and what it is to be a (fairly new) councillor, I was shown some of the sterling work that the forum is currently undertaking.
I really wanted to acknowledge publicly my thanks and appreciation to the forum for allowing me to attend and showing me the valuable work they do on behalf of young people in the borough. The students are a credit to their schools and their local communities.
