Ilkeston road death - man charged

A 56-year-old man appeared at Derby Magistartes Court on Monday to face three charges relating to the death of Ilkeston man Stephen Brough.
Stpehen, 39, died outside his home on Heanor Road in September.

Colin Brown has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, failing to stop at the scene of a road traffic collision and failing to report a road traffic collision.

He was granted conditional bail and will next appear on court on January 19.
