Three injured in West Hallam car crash

Air ambulance, police, paramedics and firefighters were called to West Hallam this lunchtime after a two vehicle crash.
One casualty has been airlifted to hospital with a potentially serious back injury while two others were taken by road ambulance.

The accident, involving a green Ford Fiesta and a black Ford Ka, happened at about 12.45pm today (Wednesday February 3).

Two trapped casualties were freed by firefighters using cutting equipment.

Police say the road is not blocked.
