Swimmers in Erewash can take their pick from a range of new lesson programmes and activities set to build confidence, competence and fun in the water.
Adult and junior lessons are available as well as one-to-one sessions. From water polo to diving, synchronised swimming to lifeguard skills and basic skills to advanced swimming, there will be something on offer for everyone.

As well as the everyday sessions, leisure centres will also be hosting special six-week programmes as part of the Summer Swim School.

Children aged five years and over will be able to choose between a week-long crash course and weekly sessions over the six-week period, starting on Monday, July 21 and all those enrolling will be entered into a prize draw to win a bike, courtesy of Cyclelife - Tracey Maid Sports and Cycles Long Eaton, sponsors of the event.
