A customer bag pack was held at Sainsburys in Kimberley to raise money for Rumbletums Cafe.
The cafe is the supermarket’s chosen charity for the year and its first fundraiser last weekend raised £350.
Rumbletums in Newdigate Street was set up to offer training and job opportunities to tenagers with learning disabilities.
The next fundraising event the Greens Lane store will host for the cafe, will be a family fun day on August 10 where there will be face painting, a cake sale and a tombola.
Last year Sainsburys charity of the year was the Ryan Lee Trust.
