Bistro opens up at Mill

Two cousins are keeping it in the family and taking over their mums’ business.

Claire Flood and Jane Cosar will be serving up sandwiches, hot drinks, croisaants, bagels and more at JC Bistro.

The new eaterie, on the top floor of Armstrong’s Mill is their first business together.

It was officially opened on Tuesday by mill owner, Kieron Armstrong.
