Formal identification of the deceased has not yet taken place, but a spokesman for Leicestershire Police said “it is believed to be missing man Josh Cotton”.
The 22-year-old lived on his narrowboat, The Spirit, at the marina and was last seen at around 4pm on Friday March 11, on the bank close by.
