The managing director of an Ilkeston company completed the three peaks challenge for a charity his business took on as a client.

Web, design and brand agency Fiftenn took the Imran Khan Cancer Appeal (IKCA) on as new client .

Whilst working on the IKCA’s new website the team at Fifteen learnt about the work the charity does, and the fundraising events that they have planned for the year. This includes a sponsored three peaks challenge that members of the public can join. Compelled by what they had discovered they decided that Ollie Piddubriwnyj, the managing director, should take part in the Snowdon leg of the three peaks challenge which took place on April 11.

Ollie said, “The more we found out about the work that the IKCA do, the more determined we became to get involved. It’s such a worthwhile cause and the ache will be worth it having raised so much money for them.”

With the weather on his side, Ollie completed the trek in under four hours and is set to raise over £1,000 for the IKCA with donations still flooding in.

If you would like to donate to the cause you can still do so at justgiving.com/olesh.

The IKCA raises funds to help cancer patients in Pakistan, who otherwise couldn’t afford to pay for their treatment. According to their website between 150,000 and 200,000 new cancer cases are reported each year,
