As a result of the growth in demand brought about by the boom in construction, Cossall based Midland Earth Works has invested £330,000 in three new vehicles.

The business who count some of the big names in British housebuilding as customers, has invested in the five year lease of three brand new Renault tipper trucks.

Midland Earth Works customers include Nottingham City Council, plus leading British house builders David Wilson Homes and Taylor Wimpey.

The company’s owner Rob Nightingale, said: “We needed a high quality, specific type of truck, a vehicle that would enhance our plans for growth. The highly efficient and robust Renault models offered by RH Commercial Vehicles were just what we were looking for and RHCV also offer an excellent service, helping to keep our small fleet on the road.”

Paul Pearson, commercial director at RHCV, said “We’re delighted to be supplying trucks to a growing business. This investment will allow them to expand now that the economy has picked up, and we are glad that our truck expertise will help them with their strategic business growth plan.”

RHCV is an authorised selling agent for Renault Trucks and provides new and used sales, service and parts for the full Renault Trucks range as well as all-makes parts and servicing for commercial vehicles.
