FUNDRAISERS will take over Ilkeston Market Place on Saturday when Robinson’s Solicitors will be setting up stalls to raise cash for charity.
The firm is putting on the fun day to raise money to help Ilkeston charity, the Ben Parker Trust Fund, pay for a new caravan. Face painting, hook a duck, raffles, cake stalls and an inflatable penalty shoot out are just some of the activities on offer from 11am until 3pm.
Organiser Kristin Clark, said: “It’s going to be a great day and we’re all really looking forward to having some fun and raising some money for such an important and worthwhile charity.”
The charity was set up after Ben lost his fight against leukaemia aged 13 and sends children with cancer and the families on holiday together.
