THE SECOND charity football match in memory of a Cotmanhay woman who died after a failed kidney transplant takes place this weekend.
Becca Moss, 26, of Bond Close died in September 2009 after a failed transplant led to cardiac arrest.
Last year’s event raised over £600 for the Kidney Foundation and Macmillan Cancer Care.
Money raised this year will go to Cotmanhay Football Club as well as other causes.
Becca’s friends and family will make up the teams for the match on Sunday November 13 at the Pavilion playing field in Cotmanhay. Kick off is at 1.45pm.
After the game there will be fundraising and a bouncy castle for the kids at the Rose and Crown pub on Church Street.
