A delivery driver who sexually assaulted two customers on his round has been jailed for more than three years.

Philemon Meteke was handed a 40 month sentence after pleading guilty to two counts of sexual assault.

He was also ordered to sign the sexual offenders register for an indefinite period and banned from contacting either of his victims.

The 38-year-old delivered a parcel to a woman in West Hallam on July 19 last year and asked if he could use her toilet.

She agreed but before he left the house, he assaulted her.

He delivered a package to a house in Castle Gresley on August 5 and again asked the homeowner if he could use the toilet, assaulting her on his way out.

Meteke, of Merchant Street, Bulwell, was sentenced at Derby Crown Court on Thursday, October 29.
