Drugs arrest in Ilkeston raid

AN ILKESTON man has been arrested following a search of a property in Ilkeston.

Officers carried out the drugs warrant at a flat in Hallam Fields Road.

The raid took place at 11.30am on Monday January 16.

A 22-year-old was subsequently arrested for possession of a controlled drug.

He is currently on police bail while officers carry out further enquiries.
