Four men have been arrested after hundreds of suspected cannabis plants were found at addresses in Long Eaton and Heanor.

Police raided a property in Curzon Street, Long Eaton at about 1pm last Thursday shortly after searching a house in Park Street, Heanor.

Officers found a ‘large scale grow’ in three of the upstairs rooms and in the loft.

A man, believed to be in his 30s, was arrested on suspicion of production of cannabis.

Three men were arrested at the Heanor address after 250 plants were found there.

Police are investigating whether the suspected grows are linked.
