Four cannabis farmers have been jailed for a total of eight years after thousands of pounds worth of the drug was uncovered at two addresses in Long Eaton and Heanor on the same day.
Duc Huynh Le, Quang Xuan Ho and Dat Thanh Nguyen were each jailed for 26 months after they pleaded guilty to producing cannabis at Derby Crown Court on Wednesday
Thanh Trung Nguyen was given a 22 month sentence for admitting to the same offence.
The three men facing the longer sentences will be deprorted after they have been released.
They were arrested after a raid at a house in Park Street, Heanor, on March 15, when police found more than 240 cannabis growing in three bedrooms and the loft.
Le, 26, Dat Thanh Nguyen, 23, and Thanh Trung Nguyen, 29, were all arrested at the house.
Later that day, a house in Curzon Street, Long Eaton was raided where 270 plants were found growing upstairs.
Ho (33) was arrested inside.
It is thought that the drugs would have had a street value of thousands of pounds.
All the men were of no fixed abode.
