Deniz Atik, 21, of South Street, Ilkeston: proved in absence that he drove a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence. Fined £660 and must pay a £66 victim surcharge and £150 costs. Driving record endorsed with eight points. Proved in absence that he used a vehicle without insurance. No separate penalty.

Mark Philip Irving, 41, of Ingham Road, Long Eaton: proved in absence that he was driving while using a hand-held mobile telephone. Fined £220 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with three points.

Nigel Paul Ducker, 38, of Anson Walk, Ilkeston: non-payment of £16,049. Custodial sentence further suspended to pay £200 per month or serve 365 days in custody. Non-payment of £233 fine. The sum of £175 remitted from the fine owing to a change of circumstances.

Graham Paul Shreeves, 44, of Bracken Close, Long Eaton: non-payment of £310 fine. To be detained in the court house. Detention deemed served by time already spent in custody.

Richard Marshall, 45, of Belper Road, Stanley Common: pleaded guilty to dishonestly using without due authority a quantity of electricity to the value of £445.89. Pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to custody having been released on bail. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified from holding a driving licence. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Pleaded guilty to using a vehicle without insurance. No separate penalty. Pleaded guilty to using a vehicle without a test certificate. No separate penalty. Committed to prison for 20 weeks.

Charlotte Sanders, 25, of Butterley Close, Ilkeston: pleaded guilty to two counts of assault. Pleaded guilty to damaging a vehicle windscreen valued at £150. Must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Community order to last until October 25, 2017, with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and 60 hours of unpaid work.

Lee McKeown, 36, of Thorneywood Road, Long Eaton: pleaded guilty to assault. Discharged conditionally for two years. Must pay £500 compensation and a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
