Man on horse sex charge to enter plea

An Ilkeston man facing charges of having sex with a horse is due to enter a plea at crown court next month.

Peter Coulby, 58, of Hillingdon Drive, is set to appear at Nottingham Crown Court on Monday February 4.

He is charged with four counts of having sex with a horse between March 1 and June 5 and four counts of possessing extreme pornographic images.

Police were called to an equestrian property in Breaston Lane, Risley, on June 6, following reports that a man was seen acting suspiciously in a field.

A man was arrested nearby.
