On-the-run Swann is traced by police

An Ilkeston man, who failed to turn up at court last month, has been traced by police.

Derbyshire officers released a picture of Sean Swann on September 10 and appealed for information on his whereabouts.

The 33-year-old, whose last known address was in Ilkeston was arrested in Nottinghamshire on Friday and is now in custody in Derby.

He was charged with burgling a business in Ilkeston last September and was due to appear at Nottingham Crown Court on August 1.
