Three men have been arrested in connection with a burglary in Sandiacre after a man arrived to look at a motorbike for sale in a stolen car.
The men, aged 24, 25 and 28, have been arrested on suspicion of burgling a home in Stanton Road between June 14 and 15.
The house was broken into and the keys were stolen to a Skoda Fabia and Subaru Impreza, which were taken from outside.
Police also arrested the two younger men on suspicion of stealing a Yamaha bike from a house in Falkirk Avenue, Ripley, on June 27.
The victim had advertised the bike for sale and a man came to view it. A man arrived in the stolen Skoda and appeared to be a genuine buyer.
But when the victim let him sit on the bike, he rode off leaving the Skoda behind.
The 28-year-old from Nottingham, the 25-year-old, of no fixed abode, and the 24-year-old from Keyworth, have been questioned and released on bail while inquiries continue.
