In response to popular demand, the ‘Tiser, Chambers Pet Supplies and John Booth Photography have decided to offer one last chance to enter our joint Pet Of The Year contest.

Last Saturday (April 27) was set to be the close of the competition with the final of three photo shoots at the Bath Street photography studio above Chambers’.

But with 150 entries already lined up, several people and their pets had to be turned away.

We didn’t feel that was right so the three organisers have decided to line up an extra photo session this Saturday (May 4).

All you have to do is go along to Chambers’ between 10 am and 3 pm.

This really will be the last opportunity, so don’t miss out.

Once all the snaps have been taken, the ‘Tiser will then feature pictures of all the pets in a special supplement.

The winners will then be decided by readers.

Votes can also be cast in store where the photos will be put on display.

There will be prizes for the top three winners, and photos will be available to buy. Chambers can be contacted on 0115 932 8646.

Tiser editor Martin Hutton said: “This is a great chance to put your pets in the spotlight. Make sure you don’t miss out and get along to one of the photo sessions.”

Already dozens of dogs, fabulous felines, chickens and even a bearded dragon have been entered.
