AN ILKESTON family with two daughters suffering from flat head syndrome have launched a fundraising drive for a charity that has paid for specialist helmets for their children.
Three-month old Kensey and her 21-month-old sister Lexi both have the condition.
Their parents, Kerry and James Robinson, were told that specialist helmets would correct their girls’ skulls but at a cost of £1,950 each the family could only afford to buy one.
Tree of Hope stepped in and bought the second and now the family want to pay back the charity.
