Michael House School was filled with staff, parents and pupils at its annual festive fair on Sunday to bring in the Christmas season.
Spokesman Christopher Bosman said there was a great turn-out on the day with a lot of ex-pupils in attendance to share their memories of the school.
He said: “There was a real community feel and a real advent feel as people gathered together to celebrate.”
On the day there were home produce stalls, a display of children’s work, wreath making and candle decorating, to name but a few attractions.
The event raised £2,750, which will be used to complete necessary work in the school.
