Landlords of an Ilkeston pub have raised £200 for charity by hosting their first ever produce show.

Phil and Jack Paxton at the Dewdrop Inn worked with the community to organise the event in August.

All produce was grown by Ilkeston folk, with an impressive 12 vegetable classes and four domestic.

Jack said: “We’d like to thank everyone who gave their time and support to help organise the event.

“We are delighted to present the money to a national charity with a local focus.”
