Get it right in the first place
Madam, Re: Town council for Ilkeston: I have read the literature sent by our council and have also been to the meeting convened by them.
My conclusion is this – more efficiency in the first place may not have necessitated a town or parish council to provide services, which I think should already have been in place and I feel this issue has come up now to help mask shortcomings in the council management.
