Children from the Michael House nursery enjoyed a gnome dress-up day last week.
Kids donned hats to look like the much loved garden ornaments for a bit of fun before parents rolled up their sleeves and mucked in at a work day.
They spent time cleaning, tidying and fixing up the nursery.
Nursery manager Sally Larkin said: “The day was a bit of fun to help remind parents of the work day so we chose a woodland theme to reflect our woodland location.”
