A picnic table for disabled people will be bought by the Friends of Straw Bridge after with £404 donated by a councillor.

Cllr Carol Hart took a further £946 from her Community Capital Funding grant from Derbyshire County Council to give to the United Church of All Saints in Stanley Common.

That cash will go towards improving the church’s community room.
