Four charged over Ilkeston death

Four people charged in connection with the death of a father-of-six have appeared at Nottingham Crown Court on Friday.

Jamie Elliott, 26, of North Street, Alfreton, and Nathan Hall, 23, of Birchwood Lane, Somercotes, are both charged with the murder of Mick Moss.

Alan Chapman, 26, of Bass Street, Derby, and his mother, Colette Booth, 46, of Mill Street, Ilkeston, have been charged with conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm. Mr Mr Moss, 48, of Ilkeston, was found injured at his house in Canal Street at 9pm on January 30, and died shortly after. A plea and case management hearing will be heard on May 10.
