Ilkeston poet's success story
A POET from Ilkeston is celebrating the release of his second book.
Thirty-six-year-old Steven Pape's latest published work Escapism was released last week and he's already had orders in for copies.
The follow on from The Awakening Soul includes 40 new poems and a cover photo by Steven.
The new book can be purchased from Corner Arts gallery shop on Bath Street and will also be available at Ilkeston Library from next month.
Steven is also working on a third poetry book and an Anthology project.
He said: "The anthology will feature poets from around the world.
"I'm really looking forward to publishing the book because some of the poets included haven't been in print before.
"The book will give readers a vast collection of different poetry styles from worldwide poets."
