Sixth-formers have been proudly showing off their artworks as they opened their doors to the second annual student exhibition in King George Gallery.

Parents flocked to see this year’s stunning work by Ilkeston Sixth Form Partnership pupils. Head of arts Sue Watton said: “Every year I am inspired by students work but this year the students have really excelled.”

Year 13 artist Scarlett Hextall said: “We have all put a lot of effort into creating some of the most inspirational work I have ever seen.”
