Sandiacre estate to be demolished and replaced

A new development of 40 homes in Sandiacre has been agreed by councillors with a promise of more than £65,000 of investment.

Under the plans a derelict housing scheme in Town Street will be demolished.

Erewash planning committee members voted unanimously in favour of the new estate.
