Two injured in car fire

Two men were treated by paramedics after a car fire in Ilkeston in the early hours of last Wednesday.

The blaze at the junction of Station Road and Station Street was in a hatchback car, which had turned on its roof on a grass verge.

The fire was in the engine compartment.

Firefighters from Ilkeston station had put the blaze out by 2am.
