Jordan Bentley, 29, of Godfrey Drive, Ilkeston. Pleaded guilty to assault. Pleaded guilty to using threatening behaviour. Community order to last 12 months with a Drug Rehabilitation Requirement and 80 hours of unpaid work. Must pay £50 compensation and a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Aaron Ashley Jones, 28, of Regent Street, Sandiacre. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Pleaded guilty to assault. Must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Community order to last for 12 months with 80 hours of unpaid work.

Sean Francis Byrne, 47, of Trinity View, Cross Street, Long Eaton. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assault. Committed to prison for five weeks. Restraining order to last until November 24, 2016. Must pay £100 compensation and an £80 victim surcharge.
