Drugs

David Yates, 26, of Northgate Street, Ilkeston. Indicated a guilty plea to possessing a quantity of cannabis, a controlled drug of class B. Community order to last until May 5, 2017, with a Rehabilitation Activity Requirement. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Kadeem Haughey, 20, of Kingsway, Ilkeston. Indicated a guilty plea to possessing 2.8grammes of cannabis. Community order to last until May 9, 2017, with 80 hours of unpaid work. Must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Other

Thomas Fletcher, 36, of Dovedale Circle, Ilkeston. Pleaded guilty to harassment. Committed to prison for 12 weeks. Restraining order to last until further order. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge. Pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to custody after being released on bail. No separate penalty.

Nathan Leslie Stuart Wooltorton, 24, of Wellington Street, Long Eaton. Indicated a guilty plea to stealing a mobile phone and food valued at £16. No separate penalty. Indicated a guilty plea to contacting someone when he was prohibited from doing so by a restraining order. Indicated a guilty plea to going to an address which he was prohibited from doing so by a restraining order. Pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence. No separate penalty. Pleaded guilty to using a vehicle without insurance. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed with six points. Admits failing to comply with supervision requirements following a release from imprisonment. Committed to prison for 18 weeks and 14 days. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Kerri Lamb, 29, of Barlborough Road, Ilkeston. Proved in absence that they used a colour television receiver without a licence. Fined £220 and must pay a £22 victim surcharge and £120 costs.

Jade Madison, 51, of Lynden Avenue, Long Eaton. Fined £220 and must pay a £22 victim surcharge and £120 costs.

Thomas Duncan Johnson AKA Worley, 19, of Thatchmarsh Close, Ilkeston. Failed to comply with the requirements of a community order in that he failed to report to a relevant officer. Fined £35.

Wayne Marshall, 38, of Park Road, Ilkeston. Indicated a guilty plea to remaining at large beyond the expiry date of a temporary release from Sudbury prison. Committed to prison for 14 days. Must pay a £155 victim surcharge.

Assault

Brandon Dean Appleby, 25, of Cross Street, Sandiacre. Pleaded guilty to assault. Committed to prison for 18 weeks consecutive to a sentence imposed on May 3, 2016. Restraining order to last until further order. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Motoring

Ryan Moriarty, 36, of Chatsworth Court, West Hallam, Ilkeston. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £300 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £200 costs. Disqualified from driving for 40 months.

Adrian Ignatescu, 27, of Darwin Road, Sandiacre. Pleaded guilty to exceeding the alcohol drink-drive limit. Fined £126 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 14 months. Pleaded guilty to using a hand-held mobile phone while driving. No separate penalty.

Finlay John Logie, 22, of Barlborough Road, Ilkeston. Indicated a guilty plea to one count of stealing alcohol, clothing, baby milk and coffee pods valued at £84.30 belonging to Tesco. Indicated a guilty plea to another count of stealing alcohol, clothing, food and pet food valued at £71 belonging to Tesco. Indicated a guilty plea to another count of stealing alcohol, a DVD, cleaning products, food and stationery items valued at £90 belonging to Tesco. Indicated a guilty plea to another count of stealing alcohol, a dog lead and collar and food valued at £71 belonging to Tesco. Indicated a guilty plea to having articles for use in the course of or in connection with a theft, namely pliers and an out-of-date bank card. Indicated a guilty plea to stealing food and alcohol valued at £87 belonging to Tesco. Must pay £300 compensation and an £85 victim surcharge and £15 costs.
