Lynda Brown, age 22, of Stamford Street. Fined £330, £33 victim surcharge, costs of £120 and a £150 criminal courts charge.


Deborah Burns, age 49, of Station Road, fined £220, £22 victim surcharge, £120 costs, £150 criminal court charge.


Claire Cockerill, age 26, of Dallimore Road, fined £330, £3 victim surcharge, £120 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Claire Phillips, age 38, of Hexham Avenue, fined £220, £22 victim surcharge, £120 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.


Geoffrey Spur, age 47, of Queen Elizabeth Way. Fined £330, £33 victim surcharge, £120 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.


Gemma Taylor, age 27, of Nelson Street, fined £440, £44 victim surcharge, £120 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.
Amanda Teer, age 40, of Brampton Close, fined £220, £22 victim surcharge, £120 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Drugs charges

Vincent Foster, age 22, of Bath Street, pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis. He was fined £40, must pay a £20 victim surcharge, £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service and a £180 charge. 



Paul Philpott, age 32, of Corporation Road, pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis. He was fined £266, must pay a £180 in criminal court costs, £85 to the CPS and a £26 victim surcharge.

Tom Morgan, age 21, of Shaw Street East, pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis. He was given a six month conditional discharge and will pay £195 in charges.

Theft

Natalie Dawson, age 25, of Nelson Street, pleaded guilty to stealing goods from Tesco. She was discharged conditionally for 12 months and will pay £160 in costs.

Liam Clarke, age 30, of Norman Street was charged with 13 offences including stealing from Boots and One Stop. He was already on a suspended sentence for a string of theft offences so was jailed for 13 months. He pleaded guilty to the charges.

Drink Driver

Marian Mahilak, age 44, of Digby Street, pleaded guilty to drink driving. She had 83 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35. She was fined £300 and banned from driving for 16 months.

Stole Bike

Shane Hendley, age 21, of Hendly Street, pleaded guilty to two charges including stealing a bike. He was handed a 12 month conditional discharge. He will pay £265 in costs.

Assault

Ruthann Finch, age 18, of St Norbert Drive, pleaded guilty to assault by beating. She was conditionally discharged for two years and will fines totalling £250.

Criminal damage

Shaun Reynolds, age 30, of Beresford Avenue, pleading guilty to damaging a Buddi Tracker worth £300. He was conditionally discharged for two years and will pay compensation of £300.

Knife possession

Conor Crawshaw, age 18, of Blake Street, was handed a community order for being in possession of a lock knife in a public place.
