Commuters and residents are being warned about the following disruptions and delays to travel in and around Derbyshire today, Wednesday, June 11.

A61 Derbyshire - An earlier lane closure and slow traffic earlier on A61 Alfreton Road southbound in Little Eaton, Derby between Little Eaton Island and the Alfreton Road junction, because of an earlier accident.

M1 Derbyshire - Heavy traffic on M1 southbound between J29, A617 (Chesterfield) and J28, A38 (Alfreton).

M1 Derbyshire - Heavy traffic on M1 southbound in Stapleford at J25, A52 (Nottingham).

A6 Leicestershire - Heavy traffic on A6 in both directions in Kegworth between East Midlands Airport and the New Brickyard Lane junction.

A38 Derbyshire - Slow traffic on A38 southbound in Coxbench between the B6179 Derby Road junction and Little Eaton Island.

A38 Derbyshire - Slow traffic on A38 northbound in Derby between Palm Court Island and Little Eaton Island.

A50 Leicestershire - Slow traffic on A50 eastbound in Lockington between J1, B6540 (Long Eaton) and Derby.

A57 Greater Manchester - Heavy traffic on A57 eastbound in Mottram in Longdendale between Broadbottom and Gun Inn Traffic Lights.

A453 Leicestershire - Heavy traffic on A453 in both directions in Kegworth between East Midlands Airport and the West Leake Lane junction.
