Derbyshire police have confirmed the arrest of three men

Derbyshire Police who carried out a police warrant on a property in Ilkeston have arrested three people.

The search was carried out at a house on Albion Terrace at 11am yesterday.

Police seized a quantity of drugs which were believed to have been heroin from the property.

The men aged, 28, 38 and 42 were arrested at the scene on suspicion of possessing class A drugs with an intent to supply.

They were questioned by police and later bailed pending further enquiries.

Police are appealing for anyone in the local community with any information related to suspected drugs activity to call them on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
