Youngsters at Coppice Primary School are waiting to hear if they have set a wacky world record for the largest number of people making models from Play-Doh at the same time.

More than 110 youngsters from the the Roper Avenue school and nursery were joined by their parents, police, firefighters and community figures for the challenge where they were each given a ball of the modelling doh, with people and even building being crafted. They joined more than 200 other schools from across the world in the attempt to set the Guinness World Record, which officials are now varifying.
