It’s that time of year again, hundreds of youngsters acorss the Ilkeston area are donning their uniforms for the first time and starting school.
It’s true what they say, kids do grow up fastso to make sure parents and teachers can remember this special time the ‘Tiser wants to come and capture the moment and take a class photo.
Editor Martin Hutton said: “It’s a bitter sweet time when kids start their school life.
“It seems like yesterday they were little babies and seeing them all kitted out in their uniform makes them seem all grown up.
“We want to make sure our school childrens’ families have something to help them remember the moment as well as something to embarrass them with in the future.”
