A popular pub in Kirk Hallam has undergone major refurbishment in a bid to build up its reputation for good food.
The Castle (formerly the Nottingham Castle) pub, in Kenilworth Drive, Kirk Hallam, has opened the doors to its new restaurant.
A brand new kitchen has been installed and the restaurant opened for business on July 18, serving a variety of food, including stonebaked pizzas, handmade burgers as well as some traditional Indian snacks.
Manager Kuldip Sandhu is urging Kirk Hallam residents to drop in and give the venture their backing.
“We will be hosting theme nights including Indian, Chinese and Italian,” he said.
The Castle is open from 10am until 11pm on weekdays and serves until 1am on Fridays and Saturdays.
