Tools stolen in burglary

Hundreds of pounds worth of tools were stolen during a burglary in Ilkeston, police have said.

The break-in happened between 1am, and 7.30am on Saturday, when the owner of the Mill Street property discovered a dining room window was open.

A bag containing a Miquita tile-cutter, an angle grinder, a Hitachi electric drill and hammer drill and a Leister hand stripper was taken.

All the tools were engraved with the letters FCB.

Anyone with information should call police on 101.
