Lock and Francis in comedy season

SOME of the hottest names in stand-up are lining up to take to the Nottingham Playhouse stage over the next few months as part of the venue's new season.

8 Out of 10 Cats and QI panellist Sean Lock is one of the most popular stand-ups on the British circuit so join him as he delves into his Lockipedia for an informative and hilarious evening on Sunday, March 28, at 7.30pm.

American comic Stewart Francis proves that great one-liners come in cycles when his latest show Tour De Francis rides into Nottingham on Sunday, May 2, at 7.30pm.

Shappi Khorsandi and Jon Richardson are two hot tickets for the price of one on Wednesday, May 26, at 8pm, while the brilliantly unpredictable Reginald D Hunter will build on his rapidly rising profile attained through regular TV appearances when he dispenses his razor-sharp observations on Sunday, May 30 at 7.30pm.

Ticket details for all of these performances are available by calling the box office on 0115 9419419.
