Accompnied by Anna Soubry, MP for Broxtowe, and Stapleford councillor Richard MacRae, she heard from business owners about the lack of help and support they receive and the struggle the face in running their own businesses.

The group also spoke about various issues and problems and ways to improve the high street.

Cllr MacRae said: “We would like to thank the two ministers for talking the time to visit Stapleford and listen to the views which were raised and we look forward to seeing what we discussed turn to a reality.”
