Murder trial due to start on Monday

Three men and a woman, facing charges connected to the death of Mick Moss in Ilkeston, are due to go on trial on Monday.

Jamie Elliott, 26, of North Street, Alfreton, and Nathan Hall, 24, of Birchwood Lane, Somercotes, have both been charged with the murder of Mr Moss.

Alan Chapman, 27, of Bass Street, Derby, and his mother Collette Booth, 47, of Mill Street, Ilkeston, have been charged with conspiracy to commit grievous bodily harm.
