Pervert faces sentencing after indecently exposing himself
Chesterfield magistrates’ court heard on Tuesday, August 23, how Kyle Robert Thomson, 24, formerly of White Thorns Drive, Batemoor, Sheffield, committed the offences along Pighills Lane on July 16.
Prosecuting solicitor Becky Allsop said: “Thomson was on Pighills Lane and as a female was driving along the track he flagged her down and his penis was exposed and he was masturbating and he tried to open her car door. The victim saw another female walking dogs and warned her but she had also seen Thomson’s penis.”

Hide AdThe court heard how Thomson, of no fixed abode, had also made an offensive phone call of an obscene nature in January to a care home.
Thomson pleaded guilty to making the indecent phone call, admitted approaching a female with an exposed penis while masturbating and pleaded guilty to a further count of exposing his genitals.
Mrs Allsop revealed that in relation to previous convictions Thomson had been placed under a sexual harm prevention order in December 2015 and he had received a community order in February in relation to sending communications of an indecent nature.
She argued that because Thomson is subject to a crown court order for sexual offences the case should go to crown court for sentencing.

Hide AdDefence solicitor Steve Brint said Thomson needs help and assistance because of the nature of his offending and he had previously been sentenced in February for five offences from between July and August. Magistrates ordered a pre-sentence report and committed the case for sentencing at Derby Crown Court on September 13. Thomson was further remanded in custody until his sentencing.
