Fundraising efforts by staff at a Stapleford pharmacy have passed the £1,000 mark. The Boots pharmacy on Church Street has been running a book swap in store for the Alzheimer’s Society for two years.
The fundraising was launched after relatives of two members of staff developed dementia. A book stall was set up, with customers donating the stock.
