School celebrates Safer Internet Day

Pupils at Carsington and Hopton CE (A) Primary School are joining hundreds of other organisations across the UK in celebrating Safer Internet Day and promoting the safe and responsible use of technology.

To celebrate the day, both the infant and junior classes will be having a whole day of learning activities and lessons surrounding how we use the Internet and how we can make sure that we stay safe to mark Safer Internet Day.

Safer Internet Day 2014 is on Tuesday, February 11 2014, with the theme ‘Let’s create a better internet together’, offering the opportunity to focus on both the creative things that children and young people are doing online, as well as the role that we all play in helping to create a better internet.
