Shoppers want parking

Sir,

RE: Town Centres

Many councils up and down the country are wondering what to do about the sharp decline of businesses in city centres.

Well the solution is simple, just remove the double yellow lines and provide “en suite” parking for customers to do their everyday shopping from the car.

Of course councils won’t do this for love or money, so everyone shops at their supermarket “en suite” and to hell with the trains and buses.
